Morgan Morris is a singer songwriter from Edinburgh, one half of the much-loved band No Windows, his first solo venture is inspired as much by a completely non-religious love of hymns, as it is by the likes of Leonard Cohen and Tom Waits. From a place of love, and endlessly fiddling with dusty old analogue gear, Morris creates melodies that speak to the terrifying brilliance of human living, or at least those that are just nice enough to hum along to.
